Trump International Hotel & Tower New York

The staff made the biggest difference for us. They went above and beyond, and were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Our room had lovely views, plenty of space, and everything we could need. The in-room breakfast was delicious, and the amenities were wonderful. My family and I absolutely loved staying here and would definitely return when we visit NYC.

We booked a one-bedroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, sub-zero fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and even a dishwasher. The room was pleasant and scrupulously clean, and surprisingly quiet for the third floor, with very little street noise. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom felt luxurious. Staff were welcoming and attentive, and the downstairs restaurant, Nougatine, is excellent. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I needed a nice hotel nearby and the price was right. I had a very nice stay.

The service was phenomenal, and everyone was pleasant. Tommy and Jesus were especially welcoming and friendly whenever we came through the doors. At the spa, Merrick and Nina were fantastic, and I was thoroughly impressed by the staff and fitness center when I used the spa one day. My mother and I stayed five nights and found the accommodations more than satisfactory. The suite had a small kitchen we barely used, but it would be great to have if needed. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The decor and fixtures could use some modernization, but the hotel wasn’t lacking in any way. Thanks, Trump Hotel, for a wonderful stay. We’ll be back!

They gave special consideration to our anniversary, and the property delivered on every level. The room was lovely and worthy of its five-star status. As soon as we arrived, the warm, friendly staff welcomed us and offered hot towelettes for our hands during check-in. We’ll definitely return with our business!
