For a quick overnight, it was okay. The room could've been cleaner, and I was disappointed they didn't provide basics like lotion. The bed was comfortable enough for one night.

The lobby was packed with people waiting to check in when we got there. We waited around 30 minutes, though some guests had already been waiting for over an hour. Solote upgraded our room at no charge and waived the $100 deposit because of the delay. We slept well, our room was clean and inviting, and the Bistro restaurant was delicious.

The staff were really friendly, and the room was what I expected. The cleaners did a nice job and even left mints. My curtains were a little broken, though still usable. I also wish breakfast were free, since the bistro costs a lot and isn't that good.

The furniture and linens are old, the carpet is dirty, and service wasn't great. The property is badly in need of renovations and managed poorly, well below the Marriott Courtyard standard. On my last visit I checked out two days earlier than planned.

I dropped off laundry at 7.30 am and came back at 9 to find they hadn't passed it to the cleaners. Then I got to my room and found it hadn't been tidied and the water bottles hadn't been replaced. What a mess at this Marriott property.
