There was no hot water, and the desk told me to let it run for 10 to 15 minutes. That’s such a waste of water. The drink in my paid snack box was expired, and the TV picture kept going in and out, though I don’t know if that was the TV or the provider. I won’t stay again.

We chose this two-star motel for the price and convenience, and it was over 50% cheaper than other hotels nearby. It’s a no-frills place, not the h1lton, so I don’t understand the exaggerated negative reviews. We slept great, even though I thought the highway might be noisy. There was no noise at all, and the bed was comfy and the room clean. The bed covers are clean but a bit old and could use an update. The AC unit vents could use a deep clean inside. I’d stay again.

The sheets and quilt were dirty, the toilet leaked, and there was a roach in the room. I paid for an upgrade but only got a bigger room, and that room had a strange smell too. Worst stay ever. I definitely won’t be back.

This motel barely deserves an average rating. When my party checked out, we asked for our security deposit back, but the front desk employee, Ahmed, refused unless we showed the receipt copy we’d been given. Housekeeping had thrown it away while cleaning. We were ideal guests, and he had two copies of our receipt, our ID, and even video footage of me handing the deposit to an employee after paying the room charges. Still, he wouldn’t return the money. Bold thievery.
