There were bed bugs, as shown in the attached pictures. The hotel didn’t respond when I reported them and never refunded me, even though this is a health and safety issue on their part. They should be put out of business.

It was very quiet, which was nice, and we were the only ones on the ground floor. The place seemed okay in general, but my niece and I found hair on the sheets and had to spray them with alcohol to get it off. She removed her top sheet, and my blanket had stains, so I flipped it over and put a towel over the sheets to lie down. The living room was freezing and we barely sat out there. I did for a little while in long-sleeved pajamas, and thank goodness our room had a heater or we would have frozen. I also saw a couple of roaches on the counter just after setting my food there to heat, so I moved it quickly. There weren’t any rags for cleaning the bathroom sink, although it looked pretty clean. The shower wall had mold, and I didn’t shower. I washed at the sink instead, using the rag they gave me to clean the sink and everything else. I thought this was a real hotel, but it felt more like an Airbnb without a stove.

Save your money and find somewhere warmer with better conditions. The reception ignored our calls. When we emailed asking them to fix the broken bathroom window and clean the room, they replied by telling us to leave, even though we’d paid the full price. I’ve never seen a professional tell a customer to leave when they ask for repairs and cleaning. It’s winter, there’s no heat, and the bathroom window is broken and won’t close. Cold air comes through the door into the bedroom. The blanket is so thin we’re freezing and getting sick, and we have to sleep in our winter jackets. None of the plugs worked, so we couldn’t charge our phones. Electrical wires were hanging out of the ceiling, the room hadn’t been cleaned, and the bathroom was dirty with hair everywhere. The curtains didn’t block the light, their rod was broken, and there was a cigarette on the dusty floor by the bed. See the photos below. These sleeping conditions are NOT ACCEPTABLE. DO NOT BOOK. I booked an overnight stay, but cancelled as soon as I pulled up and saw the setting. I never even used the entry code. It’s been a year, and I still haven’t been reimbursed. I emailed them and didn’t even get an acknowledgment. Thanks for the great customer service! Please don’t waste your time.
