We left because the room was too disgusting to stay in. The floor was covered in gross stuff, and a cockroach was walking around under the bed. Though we'd booked a non-smoking room, it smelled of smoke and had cigarette burns on everything. The A/C wouldn't go below 72 degrees, and its filter was dirty and something inside the unit was broken. It was cheap, but it seems they don't have a cleaning crew. I wouldn't let anyone stay here. It needs to close and be fixed. I have videos and photos, and anyone responsible can contact me.

There were no towels or washcloths, and barely any tissue in the bathroom. When we asked for cups, we were told there weren't any, though he'd bring some if he came across them. He did bring them not long afterward. The freezer was disgusting, and the ceiling had a huge water stain. The blanket in the corner had makeup marks and burn holes, so we used our own comforter. The photos say plenty. This place doesn't look like the listing, so don't waste your money.

The room was just adequate, but the staff made this a five-star stay. Even with the motel fully booked, the hot breakfast buffet stayed fresh and well stocked. We had their last room during a storm-related outage, and they still managed to meet a special needs request. Our power came back a day early, so they hurried our checkout and refunded the prepaid charge for the unused night. The customer service was incredible.

The people at the desk were really nice and helped when we needed extra towels, though the towels were old and dingy. The room was cheap, and you do get what you pay for. The beds and pillows were very hard, and the beds and towels were dirty. The bathroom vent squealed loudly, the towel rack and curtain were broken, and people could see inside. The A/C was loud too. The pool was too crowded for us to use.
