The AC has had a terrible smell since we arrived, and nothing has been done about it. Our bathroom door has also been broken for about three weeks, despite us mentioning it more than once. They said housekeeping would come every Monday, but it hasn't happened even once since we got here. There's mold on my “bed,” too, which is disgusting. For people who say they clean or check things, they sure missed that. Now there's a sudden late fee even though we'd paid after getting off work before without a problem. The woman charging it went off on my dad about my service dog and asked for paperwork she doesn't need. She said we'd be kicked out if she didn't get it by the next day. Other people have cats and other pets, but she claimed “cats are service animals.” Cats are not service animals.

I would have given five stars, but nobody was there on Sunday to reactivate my door key. I hope the exterior renovations match the inside.

I've been here almost two months and never got charged a late fee. The regular woman behind the glass doesn't charge one, but for the last two weeks a different woman has added $35. It's bullshit that this was the first thing she did when she got here.

The rust on all the metal frames around the building and the cracked stairs need attention. The room was also a problem: extended-stay guests apparently can't get extra toilet paper or soap, so I had to go to lidle and buy my own. The bathroom and kitchen grid connection shut off on my last day, too. Then I lost my key card and got locked out. None of the office numbers worked, and nobody answered, even the overnight line. I was stuck outside in the heat until 10 pm, when my family knocked on a maintenance door to get in. The maintenance person complained that we were the third people to come to him about this on his day off. What is going on, In-town suites? The room and staffing were terrible. I'll never book here again.
