The staff were polite and helpful when I had a small request, and the room was tidy, quiet at night, and had everything I needed. It’s also close to plenty of places to eat. The stay went smoothly, and it’s a solid budget option. They helped me a lot while it took time for my money to come through.

The stay was great in every other way, but the room didn’t seem clean. It looked like they may have forgotten to clean it before we arrived.

The room was clean, with enough linens and towels, and the staff were cordial. I appreciated the laminate flooring in place of carpet. The one bad part was being on the first floor across from housekeeping. At 7 a.m., their yelling back and forth down the hall jolted me awake. It was terrible and unprofessional. Apart from that, the visit was okay.

Carolyn at the front desk made this a great experience. She was so pleasant and gave wonderful customer service, going above and beyond. She needs a raise!

The location was convenient, but the breakfast wasn’t what it was supposed to be, even for a two day stay. The first morning there were only bananas, and the second it was just a honey bun. It could have been better.
