We've stayed here several times and keep returning. The rooms are clean, roomy, and comfortable, and Isabel is a great hostess who responds quickly and helpfully when we've had questions. The location gives us easy access to Newport, Depoe Bay, and Lincoln City for walks, shopping, and meals. There are paths down to the beach and lovely ocean overlooks. We enjoy it in both sunny and stormy weather, and the breakfasts made in the kitchen are wonderful.

We meant to stop for just one night on our drive south, but ended up staying another. The place was spotless and beautiful, and the staff were so accommodating. Breakfast was hot and delicious, with stunning views from this great location. They also have a fire pit and provide wood, so you can take in the ocean and sunset.

The service was incredible, and the rooms were very clean with lovely views. This is one of the nicest B&Bs I've stayed in, with plenty of amenities in the house and around the property. Breakfast was included, tasted delicious, and was well worth having. I'll be back next time I'm nearby.

I don't usually pay extra for nicer hotels, and the ones I've tried often haven't felt worth it. This place did. Our room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the ocean view was wonderful. The landscaping stood out most, with a scenic path leading right down to the ocean. Staff were great, and the amenities were free, so I never felt nickeled and dimed. It's only moderately priced, especially compared with all the resorts on the coast, and felt like good value for a pricier stay.

We stayed in The Cottage, with its kitchenette, fireplace, and ocean views. Breakfast, happy hour, and fresh cookies were nice perks. Everything was clean, and the service was courteous. I'd come back. I gave the location four stars only because I'd forgotten my water shoes for crossing the little creek to the beach below the house.
