We got a free upgrade to a room with its own balcony, and the breakfast was the best I’ve had at a B&B: a full spread, with eggs, bacon, or anything else we wanted made for us. The rooms and yard were gorgeous, and the staff were so lovely. It’s just a short walk from downtown Newport, and the price was one of the best in town. Unbelievable stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

The hosts were friendly and knew a lot about the house and what’s going on around Newport. The restored Victorian is beautiful and clean, with a great breakfast and a convenient location. One of the best B&Bs I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend.

The breakfast felt almost like being in the Gilded Age, and don’t miss the spectacular view from the top of the tower. Our second-floor room was quiet and comfortable. The place is a delight, within walking distance of downtown and with none of the parking hassles there. It’s not a chain hotel, so the fixtures and furniture aren’t modern.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, and more, and the atmosphere was calm and cozy. We got a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay feel special. This charming B&B is in a great spot, close enough for a short walk to lively downtown, but quiet enough to relax. A lovely getaway for couples wanting to stay near the action without the noise.
