I've stayed at Old Beach Inn three times this summer, and every visit was fantastic. It's tucked into a quiet, pretty neighborhood just a few blocks from downtown Newport, so you can walk everywhere. The B&B has a quaint feel, and owner Luke Murray is personable and knows the area well. Breakfast is served indoors or outside. I'm already looking forward to another visit.

The owner and his brilliant wife have made this feel like a home, with quiet, individually decorated rooms full of character. Each one is unique, so repeat visits would feel different. Breakfast in the dining room was tasty, and the backyard is beautiful. It's also easy to walk downtown for shopping and sightseeing, while having little or no exposure to other people.

Luke went out of his way to find GF breakfast options for me, and he was a wonderful host. The themed rooms have lots of character, and downtown is within walking distance. My only complaint was the rock-hard bed, though it did the job for a quick stay.

The home is beautiful, breakfast was great, and Luke and Cyndi made us feel right at home. We arrived early, and they were able to accommodate us. A lovely Newport stay at a reasonable price, and I'd highly recommend it.

A really cozy place in a great spot, quiet and convenient. The couple running it now are lovely, and I can’t think of a thing to complain about. I loved all the little details.
