We loved our stay at The Newport Lofts (359 Thames St – “NW”) and would happily return. It’s right in the heart of Newport, close on foot to the water, shopping, and great restaurants. Midtown Oyster Bar was a favorite. The loft was comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything we needed. Booking direct went smoothly, and it was easy to reach someone by phone with questions. There can be street noise on weekends, sometimes past 1 am, since it’s on Thames Street. The owners thoughtfully provided sound machines, which helped a lot.

We had a few issues, but the staff were always there to help and were friendly throughout. The place was well kept, and our room was large with all the amenities you could ask for. If you’re in Newport, it’s a great choice.

Great food at reasonable prices, with excellent staff. Catherine was the best. This is the best breakfast restaurant in Warwick.
