We came during the off season, and I'd like to return in spring or summer. The Little Clam restaurant was a highlight: everything we ordered was delicious and cooked just right, and our Paloma and Daiquiri were nicely balanced. The hotel itself was very clean, smelled fresh throughout, and had a spacious room with a comfortable bed.

Shelly and Kevin were wonderful, and the manager let us check out late because of the storm. We were there during a blizzard, and Shelly kept checking that we were comfortable and had what we needed. She even brought a microwave up to our room herself and helped maintenance clear snow off our cars. She was attentive and genuinely kind through it all. The staff made a stressful stretch of weather much easier for us. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Shelley was the warmest part of our stay. Her kindness made us feel so welcome. We had a cozy off-season weekend, with a quiet room that was spotless, bright, airy, and thoughtfully designed. The restaurant was great too, especially brunch, which we liked enough to have two days in a row. It's lovely to see the Wayfinder bring new life to such a long-standing hotel. We can't wait to come back in warmer weather!

We were in Newport, RI for a Navy OCS graduation, and the staff made an already meaningful trip even more memorable. Shelly at the front desk was especially caring and made us feel like family. Her service was the best I've experienced at a hotel or resort. When we asked about warming tea, she reached Mike in maintenance, who brought a microwave to our room and tested it before leaving. Everyone was wonderful, and that kind of attention is rare. We'd absolutely stay again.

Easy parking nearby, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back. The room was clean and set up for relaxing, with everything working properly, from the lights and towels to the A/C and water pressure. The lobby was modern, clean, and still had a nautical feel. The staff were friendly too. Cheers, Chris
