I got locked in the bathroom for two hours. The front desk staff came to my room, tried to open the door, then refused to call the fire department, so I had to call them myself. They offered no help or response about leaving me stuck in their dank bathroom. The next night I found a cockroach in my pillowcase, right where I lay my head. They refused a refund or any compensation and claimed I had “staged the roach.” I’d give this a negative rating if I could. Don’t book this disgusting hotel.

For 3/20 - 3/22, breakfast was HORRIBLE and very limited, just as others have said. There was no yogurt, bread, or bagels, and the only fruit was apples. The options were eggs, sausage, Raisin Bran, Fruit Loops, waffles, apples, and juice. The tub was super slippery and I fell out while showering. The refrigerator was set to its coldest temperature but still wasn’t cooling properly. Montana Mikes is across the street and was a great place to eat, with spot-on drinks. Pizza Ranch across the street is good too. Legends American Grill up the hill was below average, and the bartender didn’t know how to make a good drink.

Everything stinks in this place. The lobby, hallways, and room smelled strongly of chemicals and stale food. The room was dirty and smelly, with a used hair tie and hair on the floor and visible residue on every surface. The lobby furniture was scuffed and very outdated, and service was mediocre. I’d give zero stars if I could. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

We arrived after 10pm while traveling with a trailer. A bunch of people were gathered at the front of the hotel, sitting on truck tailgates, and the place smelled like weed. Two men approached us behind the hotel and asked strange questions. We felt like we might be robbed, so we collected our things and left without staying more than an hour. The hotel gave us a very bad feeling. The interior slap latch for locking the room door was also broken or missing. Do not stay here.

The night clerk is a pretty awesome man, and the owners, who are Indian, respond to problems. I reported late at night that my toilet flushed but drained slowly, and it was fixed the next day. The rooms are fairly clean, the heater works, and the bed is decent. The hallway lights are so bright they could cure or cause cancer, and sometimes that light spills into the rooms. Breakfast won’t make you shout glory, but Perkins and Hardee's are close enough to throw a stone at.
