It’s tough to find a place where we can park our semi trucks nearby, so this worked out well. The rooms are clean, quiet, and looked after. Laura is so helpful and friendly, and takes great care of everything. I’d recommend staying here.

I came to visit my sister and help her, and somehow it’s been over a year. I fell for this place. I’m a vet, and I’d planned to travel around to see my kids and this great country, but when my sister remarried I was offered a job here, with my health problems taken into account. I feel safe and at home, and try to make guests feel that way too. Since I don’t travel, I have my family stay here. My boss is great and works with people. He also sponsored a group that brings books to underprivileged children. I’ve always tutored kids who couldn’t afford it for free, and I’m glad I found somewhere new where I feel I belong.

I was staying in the RV area, so I can’t comment on the rooms. The property needs a serious cleanup, and there were abandoned animals all over it. The manager was strange to deal with, and I got tired of it. She mowed the lawn in December, though I can understand doing that at night in summer. It’s in the middle of a neighborhood, so you have to put up with the noise, including a rooster that can keep you up all night or wake you really early. I would have stayed longer otherwise.

We did enjoy our stay, but it got off to a bad start. We were charged a $250.00 deposit per night because the manager(s) had rented rooms to people who stole the television sets. We took pictures before and after.
