We had a really nice stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. They were accommodating, including arranging things for our service dog, which we appreciated. The room was modern and very clean, and the king bed was super comfortable.

I’m requesting that the charges for a reservation that was cancelled before check-in be reversed. I did not stay at the hotel, so I’m asking for a refund of the $17.99 booking fee and immediate cancellation of the pending $248.31 charge, since no services were provided. When I cancelled, hotel staff told me the reservation had been paid in full. I later found out that this was incorrect and that the charges had either been processed or remained pending. That has caused confusion and inconvenience. Since the booking was cancelled and I never stayed, these charges should not apply. Please correct the matter promptly and confirm that all related charges have been reversed or cancelled.

The hotel is new, and everything looked nice and new. My main difficulty was that just one person seemed to be handling everything. When I needed something from the front desk, it was often empty because they were dealing with an issue or working elsewhere. The doors lock at 10 PM, so if you return after that, you have to wait outside for someone to let you in. I’ve never stayed somewhere where the key card couldn’t open the front sliding glass door. I hope they’ll consider changing that.

Breakfast had plenty of choice, with grain and protein options, yogurt, coffee, juices, and more. The internet and in-room TVs were fast, and the AC cooled the room quickly. My room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows, towels, and water pressure were all great. The property is beautiful and well lit, in a very good spot right off I20. The front desk staff were smiling, cheerful, and accommodating, and made me feel at home as soon as I walked in.
