Ms Nicole was the standout for me. She was welcoming, understanding, and more helpful than most customer service people I've dealt with in a long time. I’ve seen other reviews say the same, and it’s rare to find someone so willing to help when you’re going through a rough patch. The room was roomy and clean compared with another hotel I’d stayed at. The staff and security were nice, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was spacious, which I especially appreciated as a big guy. The location worked well too, with a gas station and a couple of small restaurants within walking distance. I think there’s a bus stop nearby, and the interstate is close if you need it.

Nicole was such a sweet host and made me feel at ease. I even remembered her name! The room was clean and had what I needed, and the price was reasonable. There’s a Dollar general and a couple of places to eat nearby. I’d definitely come back.

We’ve been staying here temporarily for about a month while we look for a new home, and so far our family enjoys it. It’s affordable, quiet, and convenient, and our first-floor room means we don’t have to deal with stairs. There’s decent space for a family of four. We haven’t run into any serious drama or violence, which is good. The office staff are great to talk to. There are bugs, yes, but that can happen anywhere. It’s been a wonderful experience for us so far.

I had a horrible stay. There was an alarm going off for over an hour, and no one qualified was available to fix it. My room’s roof was leaking, and they wouldn’t give me a discount. The front desk customer service was also very bad. Please stay away.

I was ready to leave after finding a couple of things that needed attention, and the managers weren’t there to help because it was late. The next day Ms Nicole and Ms C stepped in and made sure I was taken care of. They moved me to another room without any trouble, where I slept peacefully and had access to my TV channels. Thanks to those two ladies, I wouldn’t mind coming back.
