Bobbie is amazing. She makes the place feel like a bed and breakfast, even though it isn’t one. She’s welcoming and hospitable while still handling things professionally. The rooms are clean and well cared for, and there are lots of food options nearby. It’s a great location.
The rooms are on the small side, but they’re clean and comfortable, with fresh sheets and towels and no pest problem at all. The customer service was very, very good. The on-site manager helped me completely and got me set up right away given my situation. I definitely recommend this InTown in Norcross.
I paid for a premium room and got third-class service. Both kitchen electrical outlets were out, which was a major inconvenience. The maintenance guy told me he’d fix them within an hour, but he never showed up during my whole week there. When I raised it with manager Bobbie, she didn’t seem to care. It was a horrible experience.
Everything in the room seemed brand new, and it was really quiet and clean. I’d recommend these hotels.
The property is peaceful and the staff treat people with respect. I like staying here, and anyone who comes should enjoy it too.
