The staff were excellent, but breakfast was really poor, just toast, cereal, coffee, and juice. In the room, the microwave and fridge were useful, though there was no coffee maker. The bed was okay, a little softer than I prefer, and the TV cable was fine. The room was clean enough. WiFi kept coming and going without warning.

The room smelled bad, and the bedding was old and full of holes. I spent more trying to make myself comfortable than I paid for the room.

I had a really disappointing stay. The room was dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly, and the bathtub was filthy with a lot of sand in it. The sheets made me very itchy, so I suspected they might have bed bugs.

The staff were friendly and tried to help us as best they could, but the place itself was horrific. The room smelled strange and felt creepy, and the jetted tub we rented didn't work at all. I really think it should be shut down.

We weren't allowed to check in 10 mins early, and once we finally got into the room, I saw three roaches scatter in the bathroom. I called the front desk, but the woman was extremely rude and insisted they didn't have roaches. When I asked for a refund so we could stay elsewhere, she refused. We just put up with it and hoped for the best. There was mold all along the wall, and people spent the night going up and down the stairs, playing loud music, and yelling. It was a nightmare, with roaches and rude employees. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
