We found the hotel clean and pleasant, with an easy check-in and good service. It had just opened in January 2026, and being close to several places to eat and the Outlet Mall was handy. Just be aware they charge your card before you arrive, then require a $75 incidental hold at check-in. I’d recommend staying here.

The location was a real plus, with restaurants and the outlet mall an easy walk away. The hotel is new, so much of it was in good shape, but I was there for three nights and housekeeping only took out the trash after I asked them to sweep and pick up. Also, there were big stains on the spare pillows in the closet, and the elevators were out for several hours, so we had to climb the stairs to the fifth floor. It didn’t feel especially set up for families with kids, though it might suit people looking for a social scene.

The room had plenty of space, but I did wonder about the cleaning. There was leftover food in the fridge and crumbs scattered around the carpet. Staff came up quickly to remove the food, and the rest of the room looked clean. Check-in took a while because the front desk staff were helping other guests by phone and in person while giving us a lot of information. The TV selection is limited, and the picture takes time to settle while the internet catches up. Until then, the channels look scrambled.

The room was spacious and very clean, with a full kitchen, and the location worked well. What’s missing is an airport shuttle, which is disappointing given how close the hotel is to the airport.
