I’m very disappointed with the service. I’d booked weeks in advance, got a confirmation yesterday, and arrived with the confirmation number, email, and reservation open in the app. There was a key card with my name on the desk, but the receptionist still said she couldn’t find my booking and wouldn’t check me in. I was the only one who couldn’t check in. She said she’d been there since 3, though I didn’t see why that mattered. She was rude to the customer behind me too, who said they hadn’t booked. The receptionist replied, “What did you say?” then said there were no rooms anyway. We checked the hotel site, Booking.com, Trivago, and Hotels.com and saw rooms available on all of them, even at 10:39 pm while I was writing this. Our group ended up split up 4.5 miles apart. I was happy to find another hotel with restaurants within walking distance, Walmart behind it, and shopping centers over the bridge. The customer service there was friendly and polite. Please do better. It costs nothing to be kind, and no job should make you so tired you’re rude to guests.

The price was reasonable, and getting there from IH 35 in Norman was convenient. We’ll definitely come back when we’re in the area. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a microwave and fridge for food and drinks. They’d also put extra bath towels and bar soaps in the bathroom ahead of time. Five out of five stars!

We’ve been in the room since Thursday night, and it’s our last night here, but nobody has cleaned it, changed the sheets, or taken out the garbage. Different clerks told us “tomorrow” more than once. The keys only work about half the time, too. The room was advertised with a fridge and microwave, but there was no microwave. We had to ask the clerk to find a fridge and bring it in, and another clerk claimed the room didn’t include either, despite us showing him the receipt that said it did.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable. A great Motel 6 overall. The car dealership next door seems to be taking over their parking lot, though, leaving only a few spaces during the day. Management should put a stop to it.

The spot is a little tricky to find, but it’s still pretty good. I wish the room had a hair dryer and coffee maker. The policy says your room gets canceled at 6 if you haven’t arrived, even when it’s paid for. Mine was canceled, but Straw at the front desk worked hard to sort it out and really cared about making things right. Thank you!
