Best Western North Attleboro / Providence Beltway

The front desk workers were rude, and the rooms are in awful shape. Broken drawers, terrible bedding, and a mold problem. The AC smelled terrible when turned on, apparently because it isn’t cleaned. Paying $100-$140 a night for this is absolutely insane. Don’t stay here, go to the hotel down the street.

There were people smoking pot in a nearby room, so anyone with a sensitive nose will notice. In our room, the hard water left my skin itchy and would make curly hair frizz like crazy. The shower pressure kept changing, and the curtain didn’t close right, leaving water across the floor. The room looked “clean,” though it was pretty clear they just turned it over and moved on.

I travel for work and stay here whenever I’m back in town, usually every week. The beds are really comfortable, and I’ve never been given a dirty room. Breakfast is free, and there’s a pool and gym too. Everything feels clean and right, the way a Best Western should. Thanks, Best Western, for everything.

The breakfast was nice and checkout was easy, and the staff did their best to help us. When our first room turned out to be very dirty, they quickly arranged another and offered us a snack from the bar area at no charge. But the second room’s keypad was dead, so we had to go back and ask for yet another room. That last one was manageable and moderately clean, though still rundown. We’d come from NJ for a local concert, and this was our first visit to the area. The first room had toothpaste on the counters, dried blood on the bathroom wall and front door, crumbs on the towels, and broken furniture. It looked old and unpleasant, and wiping showed some of the marks weren’t permanent counter or wall damage. The website photos gave me a different idea of the quality. It’s a step above a Motel at best, so adjust your expectations.
