Super kid-friendly, and we’ll definitely be back. There was a movie room for the kids, plus a sauna, indoor and outdoor heated pools, a gym, and a warm, comfy lounge. The rooms were a good size, and I love the pillows and mattress. It’s easy to walk to Settler's Green.

We stayed for our wedding anniversary. The room was clean and cozy, with plenty of space, a nice TV, mini fridge, and microwave. The restaurant was amazing, and the hotel is very close to shopping. It’s great for kids too.

The weekend was passable, but next time I’ll look elsewhere. There are plenty of other places. Our room was very outdated, and the whirlpool seemed to be the original from the 70s. It was loud and the jets weren’t great. Whoever cleaned the room left a bucket of melted ice on the counter and a used robe on the sofa. The bar had no NA options at all. The resort sits right in the middle of a shopping outlet. My spa massage was done by someone who also worked as the receptionist, so I’m not even sure how trained she was.

Great location and amenities, and a good hotel for families. Our room could’ve been cleaned better, and the TV remote didn’t work, so maintenance had to find us another one. The bathroom really needs an exhaust fan. People didn’t pay much attention to the 10:00 PM quiet hours. There was loud noise, door slamming, and running in the hall, and the neighbors next door stomped or jumped around at 4:00 AM. Quiet hours are only posted in the hallways, so they need to be mentioned to every guest at check-in. WiFi was very slow when it worked, and a lot of the time it didn’t work at all.

The comfortable, luxurious North Conway Grand Hotel made our three-night family getaway for Christmas shopping a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was relaxed, and all the amenities added so much to our stay. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor hot tub, evening hot cocoa, family movies in our room, and an abundant, delicious breakfast. Everything was convenient and set up to help us have a great time, and we did.
