For the price, it's okay. The lobby is rough and there's no breakfast. My room and bathroom were clean, and so were the sheets, though it had that old-place smell. The AC was cold, and I'd give the mattress a 5/10. Seems like a decent option for construction workers, but not really for a family vacation.

Roaches in the room, and the front desk person had a bad attitude. I asked for a first-floor room and was told there were no queen beds downstairs. They said the double-bed room cost more, even though it was listed at the same price online. Never again.

The place smelled so bad we could barely stand inside, and we tried to book from outside. The two people working there were really rude. The man was unprofessional and unhelpful, kept walking away, then finally got a woman. She came over, aggressively said, “NO,” and locked the door so we couldn't get in. All we wanted was to book a room and ask a serious question about the deposit policy. Never coming back.

The beds were super soft and comfortable, and the room was clean. The shower had really good water pressure, and the furniture, flooring, shower, and everything else looked pretty much new. The front desk lady was kind and caring. I had a great stay and the price was great too. Please keep the rates low so I can keep coming back, haha.

I usually stay in large hotels, but picked this place because the reviews were good and I wanted to save a little money. For the price, it had what I needed for one night. The furniture is dated and TV channel choices are limited, but you really can't complain at this price.
