There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby, so the location is pretty ideal. I didn’t like being so close to the highway, though. You can definitely hear traffic while trying to sleep. The room was basic, nothing fancy, but clean, and the staff were helpful and quick to respond.

The room hygiene was troubling from the start. On my first day, I found dried waste in the toilet bowl, which made me question how well the property was being cleaned. I stayed for about 20 days and had WiFi trouble from day one. I reported it several times to the IT staff, but it was never fixed. As an international traveler, I depended on WiFi for work and communication, unlike local guests who may have mobile data. The hotel advertises free WiFi and other amenities, but my experience fell well short. I also didn’t see much urgency or genuine concern from staff when I raised these problems. Service and cleanliness were below what I expected, and I wouldn’t recommend it, especially to travelers from abroad who need reliable internet and basic hygiene.

The rooms were modern and nice, with a comfortable bed, clean throughout, and a nice headboard. Staff were great, with no issues, and I stayed at an employee rate through my Marriott job, so I can’t really complain about value. But the breakfast setup was by far the worst and smallest I’ve seen. There were only two hot options, the same on both weekend mornings, and one waffle maker, which was the highlight. It took over three minutes per serving, with three or four people waiting. The dining area was tiny too, especially compared with any other major hotel. A separate annoyance, through no fault of the hotel, was a car alarm outside my parking-lot-facing room. It started around 3am and kept going on and off until around 9am on Friday night, with maybe five to ten minute breaks. I assume the guest’s alarm was malfunctioning, since nobody seemed to be breaking into the car. Once we reported it, the hotel offered to move us to the other side of the property.

The location was great, staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and the price reasonable. The mattresses, though, will do a number on your back.
