The location worked well for traveling, and there’s room for truck parking. The room was clean, though I found an ant on the pillow. I saw no other signs of bugs. The showerhead was a little low, and the place smelled old. People were walking the streets all night, and Taco Bell shuts its door pretty early. It was okay, and I’d stay again if I needed to.

I’ve stayed here several times while traveling from IN to TX and never had trouble until this visit. The AC made a horrible noise all night and needs service, though that was the smaller issue. The ice bucket had been used for vomit, emptied, then put back as if it were clean. I nearly threw up when I picked it up. Housekeeping should have checked or replaced it. I left a note but doubt the housekeeper will pay attention. Room 217, 10/4/23. Management, please contact me.

My 70-year-old mother was asked by the manager to rate her stay. She mentioned that the remote didn’t work and that she had trouble with the showerhead, simply letting them know about those issues. The manager replied rudely that the remote and shower worked fine, then said, “obviously seniors have issues with the most simple things to operate.” Poor customer service. I don’t recommend this place.

The rooms are worth $10 a night, and you won’t get much sleep in the morning with the cleaning cart rattling back and forth all morning. There were hooded guys hanging around the lot at night, and the staff were rude and unprofessional, even flipping me off. They keep tabs on guests and seem willing to do anything to hold onto the deposit. They claimed my service animal wasn’t one because I went to get breakfast without it, then said I’d forfeited my deposit. Go anywhere else.
