The staff were the best part, friendly, funny, and so enjoyable. Check-in was easy, the rooms were updated and very clean, and I can't think of a complaint. The woman at the desk went out of her way to move us to a room with a sliding door so I could smoke outside, since all the rooms are non-smoking. Breakfast was delicious, with omelets, waffles, fruit, grits, potatoes, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereal, toast, and Starbucks coffee. The steak house was closing, so we ate at the bar instead. The Philly cheese steak was so good, the burgers were huge, and the chicken strips filled the plate. Lee at the bar was really kind. I could keep going, but you get the point.

The hotel was clean and nice, and the shuttle to the nearby Arena was convenient for the two-day PBR event we attended. My only complaint is the toilet in our room. It was extremely short, apparently a child's toilet, and at most 18 inches high. At 6'2" with bad knees, getting on and off was awful, so I used the lobby toilet whenever I could. A taller toilet and a stool for kids would be better.

Our room was a nice size, the hotel was very clean, and the location was good. The breakfast buffet was the problem. No server came over, the food and drinks weren't replenished, and there was a very long wait at the waffle and omelet station, where just one person was making the food. We left after about 20 minutes.

We had the best night's sleep of our 17-day trip here. The hotel is very nice, with an excellent breakfast buffet, and Marie made a great omelet. It's close to I-30 and downtown, with lots of good restaurants nearby. And Little Rock is worth visiting.

The weather was bad, so I chose a place near work. Check-in was quick and great, and the staff were super knowledgeable and friendly. Work ended up being shut down, so the stay turned into a weekend getaway. The breakfast and lounge staff were especially friendly. The pool is outside, though, and it froze over in the cold weather. I wish it had been indoors.
