The best part was the view from the 9th floor, including the fireworks at Barefoot Landing, and the location was convenient. The room itself was outdated and in poor condition: stained floors, a broken door lock, torn sheets, and a TV that kept muting. There weren’t any extra toilet paper or trash bags. The pool was nice, but it was closed for two days because one gate wasn’t working, and staff weren’t helpful with updates. The front desk wasn’t friendly when we asked questions.

We had an amazing month in Unit 107. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and very well equipped. The North Tower is an impressive property, with tidy grounds and a magnificent pool. Kyle, the Facility Manager, was friendly and helpful, and is doing a great job looking after the place. Thanks to Holly at Condo-World too. We’re looking forward to coming back next year!

We stayed here during fall bike week 2023, on the first floor, with easy access straight to the pool. The beds were comfortable, and there were lots of cups, plates, utensils, and cookware. The kitchen, dining room, and living room were nice, and there was laundry, a hot tub, and an awesome shower. The TV was great too. The floor was a little dirty, though that’s common for a first-floor rental near the elevator. The outdoor furniture was gorgeous, and we had a beautiful view of the pool and grounds. It’s an awesome area, a gated community with nice people. We’d stay again, highly recommended*****
