The pool was nice and warm, and the view wasn't bad. Parking between the pillars was tricky. We had to wait an extra hour to get into the condo because the owner was doing work, and I feel we should have gotten some kind of discount. The place was dusty and not very clean after that wait. It smelled like smoke when we first walked in, even though we were told it's nonsmoking. In the back bedroom with the attached bathroom, neither lamp worked, and those were the only lights in the room. We made do and still enjoyed our vacation despite the problems.

Set near the far north end of the beach, this condo was quiet and felt fairly private. There's a public parking lot with beach access right next door, but it didn't make the place feel busy.

My mother lives here, and I think it's the best place in SC to own a condo. The beach is lovely and never too crowded, and Hogs inlet is right there and beautiful to look at.

In Unit 101, there were no adults staying there, just kids aged 12 to 16 who slammed doors and stomped around all night. The beds were uncomfortable, and the long drive down ocean Blvd only added to my frustration. The balcony sliding doors, one of the TVs, and the internet didn't work. I won't stay there again.

Unit #504 was dirty, run-down, and in need of major repairs, updates, and cleaning. Our white socks turned black from the filthy floors, and the refrigerator was dirty inside and out. The beds were worn out, the mattresses had deep dips, the comforters were stained, and the mattress covers were ripped and taped together. Blue painter's tape was holding the living room lamp together. The elevator needs major repair, and its doors wouldn't open properly. The concrete had exposed rebar, cracks, and chunks broken out. There's no way this unit is top of the line. The listing photos must have been taken when it was cleaner and in better shape. I would add more pictures, but they won't upload. Sorry.
