The view from waterfront room 11 was amazing, and the room had a fridge, microwave and a TV with streaming that actually worked well. It was right in front of the hot tub. Check-in was easy, and the continental breakfast was good. I didn't really meet the staff. We stayed from 4/10-4/12, and the noise made sleep tough. Since breakfast is served by the water and our room was right there, we heard everything. After a long night out, we got woken at 7am by stomping outside, then there was nonstop outdoor music that carried on through the night. We could also hear people coming to see the water deck, party doors opening outside, and other guests talking and stomping. I know everyone was trying to have a good time, but the walls felt paper-thin. I'd come back, though I'd ask for an upstairs room.

Breakfast on the patio was lovely and better than expected. The place is charming, clean, affordable and easygoing, with a great shower and an easy drive to and from the beach. I was so glad to find a spot with some real personality among all the corporate hotel chains and golf resorts. Keep it alive! I called to book directly instead of using a third-party service. Franny, I think, was really helpful and accommodating.

We love this place and have stayed twice now. Joe, the charming manager, was so helpful and pleasant when I booked. The rooms have a beach-chic feel, and the dock and outdoor area are lovely, with cabanas, chairs and a cool fireplace. Kelly’s Fish House, a really good bar and restaurant, is right next door. Already looking forward to another staycation here.

Patricia, my BFF, and I stayed here twice last week while touring Florida's West Coast for my birthday, once at the start of the week and once at the end before we headed back to Miami. Such a fun, relaxing place, and we both absolutely loved it. Bertha, Judy and E., the maintenance wizard, were wonderful. Thanks for the memories 🌟🎉🎊💐🎁 The location is perfect, right beside an excellent seafood restaurant.

The rooms were clean, the price was good, and we had a small kitchenette. Parking was the problem, since the space is extremely small. There's a sign pointing to additional parking east of the restaurant next door.
