The rooms were quiet, with no plane or hallway noise, and the beds were comfortable. We also liked having an in-room coffee maker with a good selection of coffee and tea. The front desk made both check-in and check-out easy, and the bar was a surprisingly nice place to unwind. We stayed before an early flight from Cleveland Hopkins, and the free airport shuttle worked smoothly. Our 7 am driver was the highlight: friendly, funny, and helpful, keeping us laughing and sharing local recommendations. He made the airport ride fun. Nothing here is overly fancy, but everything was spot-on. We’ll stay again when flying through CLE.

The location worked well for the place I was visiting, and the service was wonderful. The room itself needs updating, especially the bathroom. The shower curtains have to go, and the furniture wood was peeling. The parking lot needs more lighting too, particularly since an abandoned property is right beside it and visible from the room.

We had a really relaxing night celebrating my fiancé’s birthday and unwinding in the hot tub. Everyone provided wonderful service, and the staff were so helpful and pleasant. Our room was clean, and the breakfast bowls in the morning were the best I’ve had at a hotel. We’ll definitely be back soon.

The staff were very friendly and did a great job arranging breakfast for our group. Service was excellent, and I liked that the TVs offered Netflix and YouTube too.

The room issues were handled really well. After I told the front desk about the bathroom and the rest of the room, I went to work and came back to a spotless room, an apology note written by hand, and a goodie bag. Nicely done, Marriott. The staff are very friendly, which is why I kept returning, but the rooms had been disgusting. On this visit I found black and pink mold in the bathroom, along with crumbs on the carpet left by a previous guest. I won’t stay here again.
