The location was great, easy to find and get to. Our room had three queen beds, hot water, and decent pressure. The hot tub heater wasn't working, which was disappointing. The much bigger problem was finding half of a straight razor in one of the kids' beds. Thank goodness they recognized it and knew not to touch it. I can't imagine how it got there. When I reported it at the front desk, they apologized and said they'd tell the manager. Later, I got a very generic letter saying they were sorry I wasn't disappointed with my stay. That was all. I'd be embarrassed if a guest reported finding a razor in the bedsheets.

We've stayed here several times, and every visit has been amazing. The price is great, the service is even better, and everything feels comfortable, clean, and good. Kira at the front desk made sure we had everything we needed. The hot tub in the pool wasn't working, but our suite had its own hot tub. We understand that things happen, so it was all good, and we're having an absolutely phenomenal time. I'd recommend this place without hesitation.

The hotel is well maintained inside and out, and the rooms are very clean. There's a nice pool and hot tub, though there's no water access, which shouldn't be a deal breaker. You can also get a bridge view balcony at a very reasonable price. Don't let the logo fool you, this place is a hidden gem.

The bridge view from our room was awesome. My son and I had a great time, and the room and warm pool were both clean. Everyone on staff was so friendly and welcoming.

We had a good-sized room and a wonderful view of the bridge, and the hotel was nice overall. Breakfast had one awkward moment: the person keeping an eye on the room got a bit overwhelmed and was unprofessional for a few minutes, though she'd settled down by the time we left.
