Comfort Inn & Suites North Platte I-80

We've stayed here a lot and have always had a nice, very clean room. The breakfast, though, has really slipped. There were no eggs or fruit, and there was sausage gravy but no biscuits ready. Mostly carbs.

The bed was the biggest issue for me. Both sides dip toward the middle and feel lumpy. One night the fire alarm went off at 1 am, and we were outside for somewhere between 30 minutes and an hour. Still, the location is perfect, it's set up well for dogs, we made plenty of use of the iced lemon water, and breakfast is available. Cleanliness seemed a little questionable, though we were in a dog-friendly room with our dog, so that may have been part of it.

Room 402 felt especially roomy, with its 10-foot ceilings, sitting area, and generous bathroom. It was also well away from the elevators and ice machine. The staff were friendly, hospitality was on point, and continental breakfast was included. We stayed here on both legs of a trip to and from Fort Collins. It seemed like the most updated hotel in the area.

I can't thank Sally and the staff and guests at comfort in enough. Their quick actions on October 2nd literally saved my life. They also kept my belongings and car safe until I was released from the hospital on the 6th. I've stayed here many times, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful, with great rooms. This time, they saved my life.
