Four Points by Sheraton Detroit Novi

Four Points Detroit Novi is a good choice for the price. It’s clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is convenient, close to the mall and surrounded by things to do. I read some reviews beforehand and don’t think all of them were fair. If you want a high-end luxury hotel, this might not be the one, but that doesn’t make it a bad hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay and made us feel welcome. Paul and Hakeem did an amazing job making us feel at home. Sorry if I misspelled your names. We’ll definitely stay again.

The staff made the stay special from the start. The manager was spectacular. After learning I had children and had booked the pool on a cold day, he moved us to a room near it. He also lent me a phone charger when I realized I hadn’t packed one. I returned it later, but he’d already left for the day. The front desk took pictures of my family by the beautiful xmas tree, and the bar gave the children fresh popcorn on our way back to the room. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated for the holiday. From the first greeting at check-in, I was impressed by the manager and the young woman at the desk. At checkout, a young man offered me bottled water for the road. These little gestures mean a lot to a Bonvoy Marriott member. I enjoyed my one-day stay at the for points Sheraton novi hotel and will definitely book again. It’s a hidden gem. The rooms aren’t plush, but the staff make up for everything. We’ve stayed three nights over the last two months, and every visit has been great. We look for a pool or hot tub and breakfast when choosing a hotel. I often travel to the Novi, Michigan area for business with my wife, and this is one of the best hotels there. Four Points in Novi is easily the cleanest hotel in town. The building is a bit older, but it feels safe, is very clean, and the staff give you a warm welcome. They’re doing some remodeling now. I’ve already seen the new paint and carpet, which are a great improvement. The experience has been outstanding, and I’ll keep recommending this hotel and stay here whenever I’m in Novi.
