The way the manager and front desk treated us overshadowed the kindness of the other staff. Dev was extremely rude, and the front desk employee spoke very disrespectfully to my wife about her disability. It was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. Instead of dealing with the situation professionally, Dev asked us to leave. We felt he didn’t want to handle our children or my wife’s disability. Most of the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, and I do appreciate them, but that doesn’t make up for how management handled things. A hotel should show basic respect, especially around a disability. I wouldn’t recommend this Sleep Inn, and I’d tell people to avoid it.

We needed three rooms while we were in town for a funeral. The rooms were all on the third floor, including mine, 325, and everyone said they slept hot because the rooms wouldn’t cool down. The price and location were good, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was nice. But there was a smell as soon as I walked in, and my room smelled like urine. Maybe it was from the cleaning products, but I’m not sure. I’d only stay again if I needed the cheaper price, so probably not.

My daughter loved having a pool, even though it’s small. It does the job. The room was clean and bug-free, which is what matters to me. It could use a proper dusting, but I’m not fussy about hotels. The staff were really nice, and breakfast was adequate.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great, nice hot water. Breakfast was good too, though the eggs could’ve used salt. There were lots of tables and the area was kept clean. My disabled daughter wasn’t doing well, so I left the parking lot and went to the desk to finish booking through the Choice Hotels app. I won’t go into all the details, but the evening clerk, around 9 pm, I think her name was Marjorie, went out of her way to find us the last accessible room. After we booked, she said to call if we needed anything and she’d bring it up. Her service was A1, and she handled everything with a smile so I could focus on getting my daughter out of her chair and settled.
