I stayed here only a few days and became incredibly ill. The place felt like a hazard to anyone’s health. There was black mold, water damage and a stink from it, with the “manager” burning incense in the hall. The air conditioner in my room was broken, then another one was shoved in, the filters were never changed, and there was no fresh air or heat. Outlets were packed with plastic. Clean sheets, pillowcases and blankets weren’t a given, the Wi-Fi was barely basic, and even complimentary shampoo, conditioner or soap wasn’t provided despite the $1,200 a month charge. You’re paying to feel sick and miserable if you don’t clean up after yourself. Simple things never get done. There’s a screaming child all night, every night, in room #1, and next to that an elderly woman living in her own filth. You constantly hear conversations about drugs. The motel has a five-bedroom rental attached to it. Pets aren’t allowed, but black mold, water damage and screaming at all hours are. I would never go back, even if you paid me. The Board of Health needs to be alerted immediately and this place needs to shut down. Stay far away if you value your health and life. There are random people sleeping on the white bench right outside. You might think the doors from outside the motel into the inside are locked, but they never are. You walk out and find someone asleep or passed out, maybe on drugs, right where you’re coming out. It’s scary. Stay far away.
