Quality Inn Oak Ridge - Knoxville West

The worst part was checkout on 2/2/26. The man at the front desk was unbelievably rude and wouldn’t give me even a partial refund, saying I’d been offered another room. That offer came long after I called, though. Was I supposed to wait an hour and a half to shower? Ridiculous service, and there was no excuse for how rude he was. The shower only had lukewarm water, and barely any came through the showerhead. I called the front desk at 7 and left a message, but no one got back to me for an hour and a half. By then I’d already showered. The TV remote didn’t work, so I had to operate the TV from behind. One chair was stained, and the desk chair cover was torn at the back. The only warm thing was the waffle I made at breakfast, and even that didn’t taste good enough to finish. Don’t stay here unless you’re desperate. I’d sleep in my car before staying here again. 😡

Bad weather left me staying in town longer than planned, and the whole staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, as usual. I drive a tractor trailer for work in Oak Ridge, and this is my go-to whenever I get stuck here. Highly recommend!

The room smelled like an ashtray, and the washcloths, towels, and bedding were filthy. I asked for a clean washcloth and towel, but those were dirty too. It was hard to ask for basic things because the staff didn’t speak English. Breakfast was nasty as well. Nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

This was my second visit, and the room was awful. The sheets were dirty and it smelled like stale cigarettes. They had no clean towels or face cloths. When we finally got some, they still looked dirty, even though the hotel wasn’t full or crowded. Breakfast was nasty too, especially the very rubbery eggs.
