Yosemite Sierra View

Lori and Bruce went out of their way to find us a place to stay, and that kindness is something we’ll remember for years. In May 2018, we were making a last-minute trip to Yosemite National Park and had almost given up on finding anywhere that welcomed our Miniature Schnauzer. The dog-friendly hotels nearby were full. I called Sierra View B & B and spoke with Lori. They were booked too, but she even called around to local places for us. When none had space, she rearranged their home so we could stay. Who does that? Once we arrived, Lori and Bruce suggested a great dinner spot and gave us directions in Yosemite National Park so we could make the most of our one day there. Bruce also gave us detailed directions for getting to San Francisco when we checked out. We’re so grateful for their hospitality. It was a short visit, but one we’ll keep talking about. We should have booked more than two nights. We stayed at this lovely B&B in August 2014, and enjoyed the place, the dogs, Bruce, and Lori. They’re wonderful people. Next time we’re in California, we’ll stay longer. Bruce & Lori, I hope you’re both doing well through these difficult wildfire and COVID times. Hope to see you next year. The views from this house up on the hill are spectacular, and the people there are so nice and know their stuff. Ask for the pancakes at breakfast, they’re the best America has to offer. It was the kind of vacation anyone could ask for, and I’ll be back regularly. Thanks, Lori and Bruce, for making the trip so lovely. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

The views at Yosemite Sierra View B&B are amazing, and Bruce and Lori made us feel welcome from the start. Our room was comfortable and clean. We had a great stay and will definitely come back.
