The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for the reasonable rates. The couple managing this Travelers Inn were kind and made sure guests were doing okay. This was my first stay here, and I found it a decent, locally run motel where you can relax and get some rest. I recommend it to travelers, farm workers, and long term work crews passing through Oakley. Let's support local mom and pop motels like this one. Thumbs up to the Travelers Inn in Oakley, Kansas.

We visited in May 2023 while traveling and stopped to ask about possibly staying. The price we were quoted seemed high for a budget motel and compared with other hotels nearby. The outside looked worn and neglected, and it had a strong budget motel feel. We don't have anything bad to say about the place, it just seemed overpriced.

The bed was firmer than I prefer, but I'd stay here again. It was clean and very quiet, and the owner was friendly and helpful. It's all the way through downtown, so keep that in mind, but it was easy to find.

The price was crazy cheap, which was the best part. The rooms were clean and the stay was pretty standard, though the beds were really uncomfortable. It felt like a motel straight from the 70s, and aside from the TV, it seemed nothing had been updated in a long time.

We arrived late and the staff were very helpful. The young woman who checked us in was personable, and the place was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. We stayed Saturday night, May 2nd, 2015.
