The room was updated, but the TV remote only turned the set on. It wouldn't control it or turn it off, so I had to unplug it. The pillows were so flat that even two together didn't feel like a normal pillow. After midnight, the neighbors came in loudly, shouting and playing music. We could hear everything through the walls, so I called the front desk. The music stopped, but then it sounded like bowling balls were being dropped on the floor. I can't imagine how bad it was for the room below. When I joined the WiFi, I saw there was self-serve beer and wine in the lobby. It would've been nice if the attendant had mentioned some of the amenities we were paying for instead of seeming angry to be at work. Thanks, Dania. Try harder. Dania needs to smile and be more welcoming; this is the hospitality business. Apparently pets are allowed in the breakfast dining area.

I really liked the horse theme, and the pool area looked lovely, though it was too cold during our stay to use it. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and check-in was easy. We did have trouble with the heater, but the maintenance man came up right away and got it set up for us. Great hotel for the price.

The place was clean, the room smelled nice, and the blankets were unstained. Breakfast was good, and the workers were friendly. We'll definitely be back. I would've given five stars, but the water pressure wasn't great, the soap bottles in the shower were nearly empty, and the towel hanging on the shower door had mascara or some kind of makeup on it. We bring our own soap, but if they're offering it, the bottles should be full. Those were minor things for us.

The staff were wonderful, and breakfast was great. The rooms were nice, and the pool and lounge areas were lovely. There are good restaurants nearby. Try the Indian place across the street, it's so tasty. The aged tofu at Tony's across the street melts in your mouth.

I was very happy with my stay. The junior spa suite was comfortable and attractive, with a roomy, unusual shower setup. The room was clean, and the towel folding was very cute. A wonderful place to stay.
