For the price, this place is pretty good. The room looks much better inside than the outside suggests, and that’s what matters when you’re there to sleep. Things work, the owners are cool, and the cash deposit was fine. If you’re going to Silver Springs and just need a place to crash afterward, this is a good spot.

I arrived a day early and needed a last-minute room because my other hotel was booked for that night. I reserved this one through Orbitz, but nobody was in the office when I got there. The phone number on the window went unanswered, and voicemail wasn’t set up, so I couldn’t leave a message. I had to book somewhere else. Getting my money back has been a nightmare. I sent several emails and called multiple times. Eventually someone answered and said they’d escalated it and I’d get an email, but I’m still waiting.

Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly. The place was in a great location, very clean, and had no odor. Thanks for accommodating us.

The owner showed me around before renting and made sure I was happy with the place. I needed somewhere to stay for a couple of weeks, and the hospitality alone gets five stars from me. They have zero tolerance for BS, and it felt safer than similar places. It’s still a motel, but I highly recommend it if you’re BS free!

It was a beautiful, peaceful place, except for the gunshots. The motel had some minor flaws: a few bed bugs, roaches, and crusty wet mold. I’d still recommend it over a Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn. Definitely worth it.
