The Riding Academy Hotel

For the Food and Wine Festival package, we had a cozy, elegant room on the fourth floor, decorated tastefully with an equestrian touch. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of counter space and a large shower that had both a rain head and a handheld wand. There was also a Keurig, fridge, safe, and a closet that was surprisingly spacious. The hotel feels brand new and is beautiful. Every detail seemed thoughtful, and the staff were professional, kind, and very accommodating. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return.

Sandra J was at the front desk when I checked in, and she sorted out the hiccups with my reservation smoothly so we were settled in quickly. We've stayed at your hotel many times, and she always has a smile. She's one of our favorites. When we've been sitting in the lobby in the middle of the afternoon, she'll often come over for a five-minute chat when she has time. She's one of your best employees. Looking forward to our next trip.

The Tack Room is handy in the morning for coffee and breakfast to go, and it also works well for a quick cocktail by the pool in the evening. The Riding Academy is a great choice if you're at WEC for a competition or event and want to stay on property without splurging on The Equestrian. Our room was spacious, spotless, and clearly looked after by a terrific housekeeping team. The front desk staff were excellent too, especially Michele B., who went above and beyond and was professional and helpful. It's an easy, comfortable place close to the action, with great service and a relaxing, clean room. Highly recommend.

We took my granddaughter, daughter, and her friend to the Grand Prix FEI cup competition at WEC over Valentine's weekend. It was our first time staying at the Riders Academy, and the customer service from Michael Greene was the best I've had in a long time. Our room was still occupied, but he immediately fixed the problem and found us an even better location. He was helpful, accommodating, and great to talk with. Even though his shift was ending, he took his time with us. Thanks to Michae. We'll definitely return, and I hope he's the one who checks us in again.
