The view is fantastic, and the condo is spacious with a great kitchen. It's an older place, though, and the furniture and mattresses need replacing. They provide linens but no washcloths. The floors need a deep clean, so don't walk around barefoot unless you want black feet.

The sea view made up for the washer and dryer having some issues, and we managed with them. There are beach toys and lots of other beach stuff, which was nice. The place sits about midway along the boardwalk, so you can head either way, and it's easy to get to the boardwalk.

We just got back from a weeklong family vacation. The unit was quite nice, with plenty of storage, and the large refrigerator came in handy since we cooked during the trip.
