Hilton Garden Inn Ocean City Oceanfront

We had a great breakfast, packed well enough to stay hot, and the restaurant and bar were very good. The kitchen was stocked for cooking, and we had direct beach access. Our room was clean and just right, with a smart layout and plenty of storage in the King Suite with 2 rooms and kitchen. Every room has a balcony. The staff were all wonderful. We'll be back!

It was our first stay here, and we found a beautiful, well-maintained hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant was out of this world, and we'd definitely return. Being pet friendly was a big reason we chose it. Thanks for being kind to our four-legged friends.

I travel all over the world about 80% of my time, staying in hotels and condos, and have seen and heard things that most people wouldn't believe. I rarely write reviews, but after listening to a guy complain for about 25 minutes while checking out, I thought my head might explode. Here's a news flash: don't book a three-star hotel and expect five-star treatment. This guy showed up in a ticking Rolex, then worried mine was broken because its second hand sweeps. He'd told his wife his Chrysler 300 was like a Bentley Phantom, then parked beside my Bentley Phantom and apparently ruined his vacation. Instead of enjoying the oceanfront view with his wife and kid, he spent half his time sniffing rugs and criticizing the staff's below-par training. He ought to be ashamed. I'm sure his own training was at a much higher level, as a handpicked prodigy and successor from Heavy Hitters on his way up the corporate five-foot ladder to managing a Domino's, a job he probably took in high school and never left. I respect people whatever their position in life, but people need to get a grip. If you stay at an oceanfront hotel, expect an oceanfront hotel. Like things at home, water is wet, sheets are soft, and people will treat you as nicely as you treat them. It's simple: come to enjoy your vacation and you will. We came for a cheer competition and found the hotel I'll keep returning to whenever I'm in oc. The rooms were great and the view amazing, but Mira at the front Desk is what made the stay so epic. From check-in onward, she gave my team and me the best customer service I've ever had. As an Army veteran, I truly appreciated it. Her hospitality is unmatched, and she's the reason I'll be back!
