My family went here nearly every year. It’s a lovely area, and having a private beach makes it even better. There’s also a pool and jacuzzi for when the beach feels too cold.

Stay away from Unit B320!!!! The rooms were filthy and nasty, the furniture was broken, and the paint was old. The kitchen had piles of utensils but was dirty, with nothing to eat or cook with!!

We had wonderful ocean views from the condo, which was less than 100 yards from the water.

The beach was awesome, and we spent most of our time outside, biking, at the pool, downtown, at Legoland, and on the beach. The location is great for getting to both the beach and downtown, but each unit is rented separately by its owner, so check which one you’re booking. Ours was farthest from the beach and close to the train. It goes by every half hour from 5 a.m., and they all honk at the downtown crossing. When it passes, you can’t hear each other talking in the living room. Still, that morning train did make waking up easier :)

My family has stayed in five different condos here over 15 years. The units or groups of units have different owners or managers. It’s right at the ocean’s edge, well kept, and has all the amenities. The price is very reasonable compared with most places in the area.
