The dryer charges $4 and still leaves clothes damp. At that price, clothes ought to come out hot, and it shouldn’t take two cycles to dry a load at a hotel. One load shouldn’t run $12-16, especially when I’m paying in quarters. You can’t use a card at the washers or dryers, and the desk only takes cash. There isn’t even an ATM on site. The laundry setup feels like a scam.

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a while. My company was paying, so I didn’t have a choice, but wow. There were yellow stains on the bedding, hair clippings on the sheet, rusty kitchen supplies, and a random ball of toilet paper in the shower. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, and this place missed that. The staff were friendly, though.

The front desk woman was really friendly and the service was nice, but the room wasn’t clean. The floors needed a deep cleaning, and it looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Not very clean overall.

Room 201 looked like someone had already used the bed. The pillows and cases were wrinkled, and there was hair all over the bedding. When I pulled the sheets back, the mattress and pillows were extremely yellow with stains. Then I spotted bed bugs. I asked to switch rooms. In 302, there was old vomit on the carpet, food crumbs, and dirty towels behind the fridge. I woke up to bed bugs on the bedding again. This place is extremely dirty.

The rooms were spacious and clean, but the desk was unattended when we arrived. As far as I could tell, nobody showed up for at least 20 minutes. Breakfast is pretty limited, so if all you want is coffee and toast, you’re set. The one-star service rating is because nobody was available at check-in and the breakfast area was left unattended. The milk and syrup were empty, the waffle batter was extremely runny, and there was no nonstick spray. We had to throw away what we made.
