Microtel Inn Odessa

From arrival through checkout during my stay from October 2 to October 3,2025, Sarina García and her team made me feel welcome and cared for. I especially want to recognize the manager for her kindness, professionalism, and personal attention. The service was excellent, and the staff clearly worked together with dedication and genuine hospitality under her leadership. Congratulations on making guests feel valued and giving me such a great experience!

I had no trouble with the key cards during my four-day stay, but the room smelled pretty awful. It was like someone had taken a fat one before I checked in, and the smell never went away. My room was never cleaned during the whole stay.

The place was filthy. There was BLACK MOLD growing on the bathroom wall, the TV remote didn’t work, and the pillows felt like rocks. The broken beer bottles and trash all around the building’s perimeter were a health and safety code concern. Breakfast was horrible too. The potatoes seemed to have been microwaved several times, there was no milk or juice, and the eggs should’ve been tossed out along with the trash scattered outside.

The room and facility were clean, but our room had no heat. They offered extra blankets and a discount on what I paid, but that changed when we went to check out. The woman said we’d been offered a free cancellation, which we hadn’t. It was late and every other hotel was booked, so we couldn’t move. Never again.
