The breakfast was delicious each morning, and there were always snacks, coffee, and little baked treats around. When we came in late, we'd check what homemade goodies were left for guests. There were lots of thoughtful extras too: glass cups in the room, beach towels, lawn chairs, umbrellas, a private room for getting some work done, and a hammock tucked in the garden with Adirondack chairs and lights. We stayed on the third floor, and the room was lovely, roomy, and cozy, with a mini fridge, beautiful shower and bathroom, and a comfortable king bed. The stairs are quite steep, so anyone who has trouble with stairs might want to ask for an available first-floor room. It was my first trip to Maine, and my sister had been before. She thought the location should be good, but was amazed to find B3 Bourne right by Ogunquit's shopping district and a 10-15 minute walk from Perkins Cove and Marginal Way. There's so much attention to detail. We highly recommend it!

Tina, Scott, and Alexis made us feel welcome and took great care of us. We loved our five-night stay. The whole place, even the backyard with its hammock and picnic table, was spotless and tidy. It's also ideally located for walking to downtown Ogunquit, Perkins Cove, and Marginal Way. Breakfast was delicious, with a different fresh baked treat each morning, like pumpkin bread, coconut cake, apricot scones, and strawberry rhubarb cake. Highly recommend!

Tina made a different baked treat every morning, and her baking is 10/10. We had a lovely five-night stay at B3. The room was just right, with a very comfortable firm bed, and there are nice outdoor seating spots. It's quaint, has everything you need, and is centrally located, so you can walk everywhere or catch the trolley. Definitely a new yearly tradition.

Parking around town turned out to be a hassle, so it was great that we could walk to all the Ogunquit sights from the Bourne Bed and Breakfast. My partner and I really enjoyed staying here. The owners were hospitable, the bed was extremely comfortable, and breakfast was delicious, especially the home-baked goods each day. We highly recommend the place and will definitely come back.

Tina and Scott were so helpful, and they kept the place remarkably clean. It's a beautiful, cozy, friendly B&B, with comfortable rooms stocked with everything you could need. The price is worth every penny, especially with Tina's amazing fresh pastries each morning.
