The front desk team got us extra towels and blankets quickly, even with the hotel packed, and they were upbeat the whole time. The bartenders also did a great job when a big group arrived together. They stayed on top of things, though just a heads-up, they’re only open in the evenings and don’t offer table service. Valet was worth paying for. I hardly ever waited, even at busy times, and everyone I dealt with was welcoming. They also left my seat settings alone, which I really appreciated. A comfortable stay.

I came to enter my car in a show and felt reassured that the hotel would take good care of my luxury car. The location worked perfectly for my visit. Special thanks to Claire James at Valet.

The room was clean and the hotel had a great feel to it. T.Y was quick to move my truck this morning and took good care of me at valet!

Brian A. made arriving easy. He greeted us warmly, handled our vehicle carefully, and was efficient and professional throughout. You can tell he takes pride in the job and cares about guests. He’s one of the best valets we’ve run into, and a real credit to the team. Thanks, Brian, for going the extra mile.
