The rooms were cool and really clean, and even the lobby bathrooms were clean. I enjoyed the lounge, and most of the staff were friendly. There were little dog couches everywhere, so cute. I might bring my dog next time!

What a bunk choice. Motel 6 would’ve been better. After a nine-hour drive, all I wanted was a shower, but the water came out as a cold trickle. I ended up parking a mile away in a sketchy lot because I’d been led to believe they had trailer parking. It felt like the most inconvenient place to stay, and this visit made me not want to come back to OKC. The room was clean, the woman at the front desk was awesome, and the view was okay. We were only passing through and I thought this would be fun. More money doesn’t seem to mean better quality anymore, just a bigger dividend for shareholders. I’ve had better stays in project apartments.

I can only speak to the room, not the employees, and I wouldn’t recommend it. There’s nowhere to hang towels by the sink, and the bathroom layout is awkward: the sink is by the room door, with the shower and toilet separate on the other side of the wall. By the shower there’s just one knob for a bath towel. The shower has no shelves, so you have to use their gel or leave your own on the floor. The walls are paper thin, so you hear everything. Worst of all, the sink water stayed really cold even after I ran it for about ten minutes. I didn’t bother trying the shower; I’ll wait until I get home rather than take a cold one. The room can look decent at first, but it isn’t good. Pay a few dollars more and stay down the street at the National Autograph Collection Hotel. Same company, much better property.

The lobby was packed when I arrived, and Mr. Nick was juggling a steady stream of calls and guest requests at the front desk. Still, he gave me his full attention and never made me feel rushed. He was patient, calm, and polite, and answered all my questions while checking me in. That kind of multitasking with genuine warmth is rare. Mr. Nick is a real asset to the team and sets a high standard for customer service. He made my arrival feel easy and welcoming.
