Four Points by Sheraton Oklahoma City Airport

The lobby bar and restaurant were actually good, and the location made things easy, about 5 mins to the terminal with straightforward access to OKC. Even being so close to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet. Our room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and quick. A solid, stress-free stay, and I’d choose this hotel again.

The beds were very nice, and the hotel has a pool, bar, and bar food. It’s convenient for the airport, but the shuttle doesn’t start until 6AM. The hotel recommended a taxi, which cost $45 for the airport trip. The room was 62 degrees, though maintenance came and fixed the thermostat promptly.

My employees and I had a horrible stay, and although the hotel is beautiful, we’ll NEVER use it again. Bathroom doors in our rooms wouldn’t close for privacy, and there weren’t any towels. I had to ask for some so I could shower. One bed had a dip where a heavyset person had laid, and it needs to be replaced. On top of that, expensive equipment was stolen from our work truck. There were no cameras covering the area where we parked, so we couldn’t identify who took it. The breakfast we had to pay for was absolutely cold and disgusting.

The property is new and modern, and the staff were friendly and excellent throughout. The service itself was impeccable. It’s an unusual location with nothing walkable nearby, and I’m not sure I’d feel comfortable walking around the area, but it works well for an overnight stay or quick turnaround. A few maintenance details during my visit were below what I expect from Marriott: there was no soap in the shower, the shower door didn’t work properly, and some bulbs were burned out.
